Tennis elbow is back. Noticed at night while sleeping after that day's crossfit (dumbell cleans)

Started to do self rehab (Jan 18) with forearm exercises and stretches. That seems to help

Rest, and backing off strength training a bit.
Wearing a forearm band helped too when lifting
