running with matthias to/from boojum rock. started more in the middle of the map this time. ahr:~157 a pretty hot day.

hanging streamers for matthias while he hung some for me on a similar course. ahr:165

Orienteering (streamer pickup) 37:00 [4] *** 3.4 km (10:53 / km)

running matthias' course and picking up the streamers. already somewhat tired by this point... feeling sluggish through the second half, messed up the last one pretty bad. the leg was through the green and I just went straight, thinking "its training!", ended up short and low. oops, I was just saying on friday how we should avoid practicing sloppy/lazy technique--hard when you know most of the map already. ahr:174
