chasing daddy-o around paved and dirt VT roads to grafton, cambridgeport, and back. nice to have my real bike back...luckily dad had put slick tires on it, otherwise I would have really sucked. some good hills.

needed to do something, so I mowed the lawn (no, that doesn't count) and then went for a bike ride. my arch doesn't seem to have gotten much better in the last few days, I must have really stressed it on wed.
