at vaughn hill, mostly running in the terrain. softness felt better for my foot, and I guess it's better o-training anyways. also, I'm dropping weight, but mom is staying for a few days, so maybe she can fatten me back up.
decided I really need to do something about my plantar faciitis since rest alone doesn't seem to be doing it. so I started on anti-inflammatories (Aleve 2x2 per day) and more icing and stretching. I should also try to use some heat before training whenever possible. NBA-doctor-in-law also suggested custom orthotics, but I hope I don't have to go there.
