mostly on the nice soft grass at the building across the street from work. trying try shorter (and shorter) runs until it seems like my foot can handle it. also, ran with arch supports in today (I've had them only in my walking shoes for a week or two). ha, much easier to squeeze in a 12-minute run during lunch than a 90-minute one.
