feet were feeling ok, so I thought I should try to make them hurt a little before seeing the doctor. didn't really work, and his diagnosis wasn't very helpful (he thought I might have sprained the left ankle) but he did refer me to PT and an orthopedic foot expert guy, so I'll consider the visit a success.
I'm going to try wearing my new[er] running shoes around for a few days, and see what effect that has. I've been wearing my old ones with arch supports, and they've been feeling fine, but not when I take out the supports.
in other news, my two blood pressure readings for the day were were 124/70 and 108/80, which are lower than most of last year when I was more like 137/74.
