Stretching (pt+) 20:00 [1]

saw the doctor about my MRI yesterday, as expected, he didn't see anything worth worrying about (he was looking for fused ankle/midfoot bones). so now we're doing ankle stretches in pt also.

Running 12:15 [3] 1.5 mi (8:10 / mi)
(injured) shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus VII

to/from pt. didn't stretch yesteraday, and my right arch was hurting this morning, and a little bit on the run, so I decided to cut it short (and get back to work). my hamstrings felt tighter than usual, that's more evidence for the connection there. we're not focusing on them at all in pt, so I'll have to continue to work on that myself.

samantha says happy valentine's day!
