on the grass along beach dr. running next to the road rather than the trail in a lot of places since it was a bit smoother. nice and easy since it was the first time running for a few days, and I expected to have tightened up in the usual places. added on some extra at the end to fill out an hour. felt fine.

very busy lately with all kinds of house stuff, and alex's suprise birthday fiesta, but things should be settling down soon. hopefully more time for real training.
