first time ever running my Rock Creek loop clockwise, starts off a lot flatter this way. felt surprisingly good on the hills, probably from the easy week, recent leg work, strong coffee or a combination of those. ankle felt decent, but I am still going to skip the highlander to make sure I'm ok for the upcoming a-meets. Also, I think I am over my cold.
