a rather lame long run around NIH and Bulls run, with some loops at Ayrlawn and whatever middle school is nearby there. Tried to stay on grass, at least until it got real dark. Felt ok, but without much energy. inhaling bugs and/or some kind of reflux problem were not helping. No power yet.

8x 400m R with 400 rest. supposedly aiming for 75s. nice not-so-hot day, felt pretty good. I was usually backing off at the end of each lap in order to not be way under time. except for the last one.

watch wasn't charged (stupid 210 clip), so rather risk it dying mid-workout, I used it in indoor mode with the footpod. That was still calibrated for the treadmill, and reading slightly low, but seemed to be at least as accurate as gps for laps on the track, and probably more consistent.
