easy trail run from Cabin John nature center. new shoes! the Nimbus 14s definitely have a different fit and feel from the 13s, not sure yet if that is good. My heel didn't like the 13s. Must have been a nice day for Stumbling.

right after lunch, felt slow. it was windy, and I was overdressed and over-fed. The girls seem to have colds, I guess now is an ok time to catch one...we have been lucky so far this season.

a little stiff/sore and it was cold out, so decided at the last minute to stay inside instead of going to the track. 2mi warmup, 2x 2mi tempo (@5:58, 5:56), 2x half-mi intervals (@5:27). 1% incline. felt mostly ok, though not great.

Easy run on the cabin john trail from Bradley. Continued on the junky river rd and seven locks sections that I usually skip, they weren't too bad this time. Stiff at the beginning but loosened up nicely. Most sore random body part: right bicep.
