Stopped taking Aleve on saturday, and heel continues to feel gradually better. Maybe the Aleve wasn't helping that much. Heel doesn't bother me when I walk normally now, though too much achilles stretching makes it complain a little. The stationary bike doesn't bother it at all. I also tried some jogging on the treadmill, but that didn't feel great, so I stopped after like 30s.
