5k race with Samantha. She ran well and really enjoyed it...definitely on the list to do again next year. I think we can start closer to the front next time, we were passing people most of the way. Strangely, my knee didn't bother me at all during or afterwards; I guess it was sufficiently loosened up. results / pictures
