Orienteering event cancelled today because it was too wet. Girls had a sleepover with Alex's mom, and Alex was hosting a book club thing.

Rain all morning, and the only people around were some instructors and ski patrol groups doing their thing. But I couldn't actually see them because it was like this everywhere. Somewhat spooky. Snow was soft except all the places they had groomed it down to old brown ice, and even that softened up eventually. Melting out in a lot of places, probably not many days left here.

Stayed dry with one change of gloves. Legs a little tired from yesterday, and definitely tired by the end.

with Eliza at Liberty, very rainy for the first hour, including a full downpour on our first lift ride, and then drizzle for the rest of the morning. At least we were fairly well waterproofed, and stayed dry on the inside except for our hands. She wasn't happy about the rain at first, but got used to it and still had fun. Zero crowd, plenty of snow.
