Note

Back to the ortho guy today. In the last 2 weeks things have been less achey and sleeping is a lot more comfortable, but I don't think range of motion has improved. That sounds like exactly what he was expecting, so I got another cortisone shot in a slightly different place. The shot is actually half lidocane so after a few minutes we tested ROM again and it was a bit better, which indicates they are on the right track. Follow up again in 3 weeks.
