Forgetable! Knee hurt, but not as much as last weekend. Regardless I wasn't running well, then ran from #5 to #10. Not sure why, but i definitely wasn't focused... Had already made some smaller errors. Realised I'd only run 8k once I got to the last control. No interest in going back.
Need to start some light training to make the knee stronger and get moving again. Even when I was running it felt slow and lethargic.
