Forgetable! Knee hurt, but not as much as last weekend. Regardless I wasn't running well, then ran from #5 to #10. Not sure why, but i definitely wasn't focused... Had already made some smaller errors. Realised I'd only run 8k once I got to the last control. No interest in going back.

Need to start some light training to make the knee stronger and get moving again. Even when I was running it felt slow and lethargic.

Good to get back playing again and knee was alright apart from briefly feeling uncomfortable towards the end of the first half. 2-2 in the end, played CM apart from a 10 min sub in the second half. Scored our first goal

Some football with the project team (or some of the project team in Antwerp). No problems with the knee, but it was definately only a 70-80% effort. Final score GB select Two 13 - Rest of the world select Two 17... But we win on "last goal wins" :-)
