Orienteering race (GO Vernley Woods) 59:56 [4] 7.37 km (8:08 / km) +215m 7:06 / km
shoes: VJ IROC O-shoes

Official distance: 6.7k, 215m climb

Switched down to Short Brown (from Black), as my left ankle was sligtly iffy from yesterday. Satisfying race. Very clean (only a small error on 19), also quite slow: just felt like I had nothing extra in the legs to fight through the brashings

3rd in the end. Definately could have been faster, but not much oomph in the legs. Good training though and glad to be accurate on the compass lines for a change
