First session in ages. A drag to get out of bed...

Chest press (6, 20-15-10), back exercises, sit-ups, ankle balancing... Some stretches afterwards

:(... Compartment syndrome kicked in again... About km1.5 to 15... Was going to quit after the map exchange but decided to keep going. Frustrating and painful... Not running in the relays tomorrow ... Need to stretch more (been lazy about it) and start to build up training from scratch again
