Decent run. Didn't make any mistakes of note (apart from twice 5 yards down the wrong track), but then it wasn't a challenging area. A little tired on the long runs, but some were quite hard work in the mud. Won the Blue

Decided on a slightly different long run. Up Mile End Park (up and down), then out along the Hertfordshire Union Canal and up the Hackney Cut to Hackney Marshes. Crossed those and came back into the North of the Olympic park. A little stop/start here as some parts of it are still closed. Bumped into Thomas as well, coming the other way. Back some past the stadium and onto the Limehouse cut. Feeling a little tired by the end
