Good race, kinda easy for a red course though. I noticed there were alot of linear features (especially trails) that we could travel along for a good amount of distance. Walked too much for my own good, but I can't complain about my results.
After the Sprint course, I almost didn't lift, but decided it would be better not to skip out, especially because I don't wanna have my back underdeveloped and cause problems later on.
Fast lift: Back, Lats, Biceps.
Went out to set the sprint course that I'll be making for the next few weeks. Pretty slick out there because of the snow. Felt like I was gonna die because I was sitting out there for 2 hours after falling in the snow and being soaking wet. Lessons learned for next week I guess.
