Not too shabby. Fatigue hit me pretty hard around point 7, where I made a bit of unnecessary error. Need to get back in shape...

Orienteering race 1:04:13 [4] 7.8 km (8:14 / km)

Good race, kinda easy for a red course though. I noticed there were alot of linear features (especially trails) that we could travel along for a good amount of distance. Walked too much for my own good, but I can't complain about my results.

Weight Lifting 25:00 [3]

After the Sprint course, I almost didn't lift, but decided it would be better not to skip out, especially because I don't wanna have my back underdeveloped and cause problems later on.
Fast lift: Back, Lats, Biceps.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [2]

Went out to set the sprint course that I'll be making for the next few weeks. Pretty slick out there because of the snow. Felt like I was gonna die because I was sitting out there for 2 hours after falling in the snow and being soaking wet. Lessons learned for next week I guess.

Weight Lifting 55:00 [4]

Had to help out with Epunch stuff, so it started getting dark and cold outside, so I decided to lay off the recovery run and just hit the weights.
Good upper body: Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps.
