Calais, VT; 2:30 WALK / 7:30 RUN repeats, did 4X 6.6mph run intervals and 1X 7.0mph run interval like I've been doing recently, though cranked it up to 7.7mph (7:48/mile) for the final minute to reflect how I normally finish my runs, felt really good, but had a few rest days the past week so should be feeling good!
