In the second set I had to stop after 200m in the 300m run. I was just empty! Since I want to run a 1000m on Thursday and a steeplechase race on Sunday it was probably a smart idea not run all out and kill my legs for 3 or 4 days.

I was doing the whole track session at the PreRun-Event in Lachen. The event was organised by TSV Galgenen and LVS. Times were measured with a chip. I paced three 1000m runs, all of them were exactly in the time I was supposed to run.
