Running warm up/down 30:00 [1] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Precision 7 (blue)

Running intervals 30:00 [4] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Precision 7 (blue)

Track session:
500m/300m/200m Rest: 3'/Between sets: 6'
400m/200m (instead of 400m/300m/200m)
Times:
1:12,1/42,3/26,2
56,2/28

In the second set I had to stop after 200m in the 300m run. I was just empty! Since I want to run a 1000m on Thursday and a steeplechase race on Sunday it was probably a smart idea not run all out and kill my legs for 3 or 4 days.
