Frankfurt Marathon DNF. Had to quit due to the inflamed tibialis posterior. Felt it early on in the race, then after 10k it got really painful and the pain got worse the longer I ran. After the half way mark it got almost unbearable and after 25k I couldn't run any further. I had a good flow up to 10k but the injury had a negative impact on my stride and pace after it started to hurt. 5km 21:08, 10km 42:38, 15km 1:04:25, 20km 1:26:44, HM 1:31:41, 25km 1:49:34. 15x3min m-pace intervals (about 4:15min/km) with 1min jog recoveries. Nice & easy but unfortunately the pain in the left ankle from last autumn is back! Obviously 35km runs on asphalt are not my cup of tea... Also spraining it in 25mannna may have played a role... In addition to being sore in the inside (tibialis posterior) it's also sore in front of the food in the tateral side (it's stiff and sore when bending it, kind of feeling the cartilage formation).

Long progressive run. Goal was to run first 10km at 5:00, next 10km at 4:50, then 4:40, and the last 5km at 4:30 but it was so cold that I accidentally started too fast and couldn't really slow down. Splits 48:28, 47:45, 46:27, 22:17. Felt great all the way! :) Only Mt Viby at the end was tough! At the beginning I felt some mild pain in the left ankle that I sprained a week ago but luckily it passed and didn't bother me after a proper warm up.

Hässelbyloppet. First 5k controlled and steady at 4:00-4:05 pace in 20:20. Then starting to feel growing tiredness in my legs from yesterday and getting doubtful whether I could keep on much longer. Kilometers from 5 to 8 very tough and slow but then I was somehow able to pick up the pace again when coming nearer to the finish. Maybe it was just psychological breakdown after 5k? Easy long run to Rosersberg and back passing Edssjön and Järvafältet. Beautiful! Both roads and gravel. 20km fairly easy but the last 10km tiring despite easy pace.

Long progression run. Same as last time but slightly faster. 8k splits on Fäboda round 39:30, 38:11, 37:17, 36:26. Last round was hard but otherwise fairly good. Nice to see some improvement! :)
