20min warm-up + 30min cool-down

Orienteering 33:00 [3] 5.3 km (6:14 / km) +106m 5:40 / km

a few days of breeze and I just couldn't bare it. My throat is sore and my nose is running :( Don't want to be sick, don't want to be sick, don't want to be sick...

6x3min/1min intervals on grass (3:50-4:00 /km) including some sharp edges (in other words excellent sprint training with fast slow downs and speed ups). The track was too slippery to run on.
