Orienteering 59:00 [5] 9.0 km (6:33 / km) +120m 6:09 / km

Ankkuri-rastit long distance. Ran faster and smoother than yesterday but made three clear mistakes (ca 1min each). Physically good feeling throughout the race (except my glute). 3rd. :)

Orienteering 37:00 [5] 6.0 km (6:10 / km) +215m 5:14 / km

Silja-rastit middle distance race. Ran far too carefully checking the map all the time and reading every little detail. I didn't feel too comfortable in such detailed, tough and rocky Finnish terrain, so I chose to run extremely carefully. Also my legs were really stiff because of coldness (had to wait 1,5 hours in pre-start before my start and it was FREEZING) and it was not before the end when I finally got into running. Most of the course I more or less just strolled through.

orienteering training in Paimio. the snow was gone, yippee!

10' warm up + 10x20 jumps uphill + 10x10'' hills + 10x100m + 10x10'' stairs + warm down
