Running 40:00 [1] 7.0 km (5:43 / km) +224m 4:56 / km

easy recovery run at Pyynikki at the same time with the Pyynikki Run. great weather & great atmosphere. I wish I had been running there myself! left glute out of the game.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [5] 9.5 km (7:22 / km) +122m 6:55 / km

FinnSpring long distance. 10th. awfully wet terrain which really didn't suit me (especially when I had to work with only one glute, the other one was not working). lost a lot of time on marshes and some 4mins in orienteering (mostly in the circles). 2-3 mins better had been good enough...

Cross training 35:00 [2]

aqua running including 10x30'' intervals + intensive stretching in sauna afterwards. glute felt better after the training until I rushed to a bus - and hurt it again. phew...

Running 20:00 [1] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

easy running & testing whether I am able to run. doesn't look too promising...

massage 60min. pain in the buttock localized somewhere around gluteus medius and piriformis. I got to do some tests and there was clear functional dysfunction on the left side. got some instructions to stretching but I've done them all already :/ I really hope it will be better by saturday..

O training in Karkku, Sastamala. Great fast open rock terrain with good visibility. Suited me very well and I just loved it! Orienteering started to work again and I enjoyed the flow. Had thought of running maybe 5km but ended up running the whole course as it was so much fun :) Bottom still a bit of problem though..

O-intervals in Kauppi 5:05 (770m) + 3:27 (710m) + 2:55 (590m) +3:25 ( 730m). Fun training with the girls but my left glute is really tight and it's not working. Starts to be a real problem now...

easy recovery run. left glute in pain again. it was tight already after saturday's race and then I hurt it somehow again yesterday so that it bothered me at the end of the race. now I can barely walk.
