Tällberg half. Tough & hilly course but a fantastic event. Supposed to take an easy start but went for the mountain prize at the top of the first hill (5km). Felt good the first 10km but then got really tired and my calves started to cramp.. 10x2min/1min intervals on undulating path / gravel (Ravalen spåret). good 20min warm up including drills, strides, and leaps. after intervals 15min jog home.

misslyckat försök att följa milspåret på småstigar i Järvafältet utan karta. sprang vilse ett par gånger men hittade alltid tillbaka. inte så jättebra skyltat på alla ställen... kände mig ovanligt trött. kanske bara ledsen och besviken att jag inte är i Skottland nu?
