run around snowy milspÄret. ground was frozen and uneven which made running challenging, especially after a longer break. my motor coordination was very poor. need to work on that before I can go back to terrain. nevertheless terrific to get out on the paths again! :) left hamstring much better and the foot wasn't hurting even if I could still feel it.

Morning run on the beach including 7x1min intervals. Left hamstring bothering a bit but otherwise great.

relatively easy session at gym including mostly core but also calves, hips, glutes and hamstrings.

Morning run on the beach including 5x2min intervals and 4x15sec strides. Foot able to take more and more, at least when running on soft ground. Left hamstring hurting.

Morning run on the beach including 2k tempo. Hard to try to run fast on the sand but foot was ok. Left glute/hamstring hurting a bit.
