run around snowy milspÄret. ground was frozen and uneven which made running challenging, especially after a longer break. my motor coordination was very poor. need to work on that before I can go back to terrain. nevertheless terrific to get out on the paths again! :) left hamstring much better and the foot wasn't hurting even if I could still feel it.
