Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)

Orienteering 41:12 [5] 6.1 km (6:45 / km) +221m 5:43 / km

Silja-rastit and middle distance test race in Paimio. Still not fully recovered from the flu and running felt absolutely horrible at the beginning! I thought I would die already on the way to number 1 but it eased up towards the end. Missed the start point a little and another small mistake at number 3 but after that quite a good run all the way. Difficult to find a flow when focused on running. Marika caught me on the way to 5 but I kept orienteering myself, was in front of her a few legs and chose slightly different routes a couple of times. Happily surprised to be able to keep up with her all the way :) Emily won, Marika was 2nd, and I would have been 11th if my EMIT hadn't died. Not brilliant but quite ok considering last two weeks illness.

Easy orienteering in Jukola terrain incl. 3x20'' strides. Still not 100% well. It's going to be tough tomorrow...

Not yet well but had to test some faster pace running...

Easy run incl. 1x1km+3x1min+3x30sec gentle intervals. Felt absolutely horrible.

Decided to get well but still having quite a lot of slime in my nose and throat... Headache is gone tho!

Very easy jog incl. 5x40sec and 5x20sec strides. Felt awful.

Slightly better and able to sleep again. That's kind of progress isn't it? Trying desperately boost myself with some super-healthy smoothies...

Still far from well but tired of being locked in. Had to get out and enjoy the sunshine.

Easy walk in Järvafältet. Flowers coming up and everything waking up. Love the spring!

Some easy core and yoga to get some blood flow into my sore and tight muscles.
