Siljan runt med Sami :) Not at al sure whether I could do the round after yesterday's race but happily surprised how easy cycling was compared to running. Back got quite sore afterwards but otherwise I felt surprisingly fine.

Running 1:32:30 [4] 21.1 km (4:23 / km) +276m 4:07 / km

Tällberg half marathon. Took it gently in the beginning and was about 2-3min behind my last year's time half away but finished stronge just 2min behind myself at the finish. Pretty pleased with that after a long illness. Had absolutely no chance against the two top girls in the women's class but secured a 3rd place and got a large package of Leksans knäckebröd! :)

3x10min/5min at m-pace (4:20-4:30) + 4x1min faster intervals. Quite alright.

Cycling long (road) 3:08:00 [2] 79.2 km (2:22 / km) +630m 2:17 / km

Coast & castles ride to Vaxholm and back with Sami :)

Running intervals 1:02:00 [4] 12.2 km (5:05 / km)

6x1000m at 4:00min/km pace with 200m jog recoveries + 5x100m strides. Felt a lot harder than it should have!
