Long run incl. 3x4k m-pace (4:20-4:30) with 1k jog recoveries. Ran to Peltolammi, Multisilta, Sääksjärvi, Rusko, Annala, Veisu and then a short round in Nekala.

Easy run on small paths and first run from Veisu. Ran around half Särkijärvi and barely recognised the places. Very strange that some of my paths are gone and suddenly there's a road and a big bridge over a quiet lake!

3x5k at m-pace with 5min jog recoveries. My last run around Järvafältet. Left Viby in the afternoon and took a ferry back to Finland.
