10x1000m/200m intervals at 4:00-4:05 pace. Splits 4:04, 4:04, 3:59, 4:02, 4:05, 3:59, 3:53, 4:00, 4:00, 3:55. Wet and slippery. New shoes had no grip on wet track and couldn't run relaxed.
