Century ride with Sami in +30C and sunshine :) A loop to Lempäälä - Valkeakoski - Pälkäne - Kangasala - Annala - Kaukajärvi - and back home. Absolutely fantastic round!

Running 47:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:42 / km) +40m 4:36 / km

Brick run right after the ride. Felt amazingly good!

Tampere parkrun. +30C already in the morning! Tough conditions and felt absolutely horrible. Decent run considering the feeling and lack of speed training. Second best time on this route. 10x hill reps in Mustavuori. Finally found a brutal hill in Tampere. Much steeper and longer than Hervanta. Ready to give up after only four reps but then just continued. Varied between three slightly different climbs. Splits 3:16, 3:20, 3:15, 3:14, 3:38, 3:43, 3:30, 3:29, 3:56, 3:56.
