Warm up incl. 2min tempo + 5x100m

Trail running 20:08 [4] 5.0 km (4:02 / km) +10m 3:59 / km

Tampere parkrun. Aimed for a sub20 time but it was so hot and sweaty weather (and a bit soft ground due to rain) that I couldn't. Disappointed to come so close and yet not succeeding. Lost a lot of time in the turn around. Splits 3:52, 4:05, 4:11, 4:06, 3:51.

Warm down to Pyynikki and 5x1min hill reps in the steep climb, and 2x100m strides

Short jog, drills and jumps, then 5x50m and 6x200m intervals. 10-11sec on 50m, 37-40s on 200m.

4x5min/1min intervals with Annika, Anni-Maija, and Jenni on Tuomiokallio round. Good fun and good speed! :)

Running hills 1:04:00 [4] 9.8 km (6:32 / km) +520m 5:10 / km

9x hill reps at Hervanta ski slope in +32C. Pretty warm weather... Exhausted right from the beginning and amazed that I could do 9 reps. Splits 2:41, 2:38, 2:44, 2:53, 2:47, 2:45, 2:47, 2:57, 2:54. Fastest downhill sections went just under 2min. Tough workout.
