Running long 1:46:00 [2] 20.2 km (5:15 / km) +173m 5:02 / km

Leaving car back to the airport and then long run home through Douglas, Rochestown, and around Blackrock. Pretty nice round all in all. Legs got tired after an hour. Also it started to rain heavily after 10k and my achilles got cold and sore so I came home straight from the Blackrock pier. Up to that it was fine.

Running 28:00 [2] 5.0 km (5:36 / km)

Easy evening run after a whole day of driving. Visited some beaches in Mayo in the morning before dropping Sami to the airport in Dublin. Drove accidentally to Limerick instead of Cork on the way back... As if I hadn't enough miles already!

Running intervals 49:00 [4] 10.0 km (4:54 / km) +125m 4:37 / km

6x3min/2min intervals along the coastal cliff walk in Kilkee followed by dip in the sea. Stunning scenery! Morning we spent driving around Dingle through all Star Wars filming spots before taking the ferry to Kilkee.

Cycling (road) 4:30:00 [2] 91.0 km (2:58 / km) +1200m 2:47 / km

Our own mini version of Ring of Kerry. Started from Kenmare and rode first to Molly's Gap. From there southwest until we reached a small narrow mountain road towards Glencar. From Glencar northeast to Dunloe and then the famous landmark road to the Gap of Dunloe and back to Molly's Gap through Black Valley and then to Glenmare. Stunning route! Drive to Dingle afterwards.

Running 45:00 [1] 7.0 km (6:26 / km) +60m 6:10 / km

Easy evening run around parks in Kenmare. We had more plans for the day but they were ruined by a bus that hit my car and half of the day was spent on trying to sort things out.
