Easy evening run. Knee hurt a bit but not too much. Achilles quite ok as well.

Nagles half marathon from Ballyhooly to Killavullen through Nagles mountains and forests. Lovely race along small footpaths through the forest. Muddy, dirty, and slippery. Just the way I like it! It was more technical than I had thought and I had wrong shoes. Fell once and hit my knee but apart from that loved it! :)

Running intervals (treadmill) 1:00:00 [4] 12.2 km (4:55 / km)

5x1600m (6:30) intervals on treadmill at 4:00 pace with 1,5min jog recoveries. Sweaty but otherwise fine. Pace was surprisingly quite alright :) Massage in the evening. Just what I needed.
