Trail running 5:30:00 [4] 29.0 km (11:23 / km) +2535m 7:55 / km

Ring of Steall Skyrace. Brutal but awesome, loved it! Beautiful route, gorgeous weather, and breathtaking views! Ridges were a bit scary and first descend was mad but otherwise awesome! I was 19th. My first ever top20 position in GoldenTrail series, yay! :D Took it easy in the beginning but killed my legs in the first downhill. Luckily there was an easier flat section after that where you could shake off your legs before the second climb. Climb itself was fine but the up-and-down section at the top was tough, especially after I ran out of water. Only feed station was at 12k and rest of the course you had to survive with whatever you had with you.

Easy recovery run on Little Island golf course. First time I was brave enough to run there. Legs we sore and tired so very nice to run on grass.

5k relaxed tempo (4:20). Unintentional but needed to let the steams off a bit...
