Calf raises 3x20x20kg, single leg calf raises 3x10x20kg, leg press 3x10x80kg, calf press 3x10x60kg, deep squats 3x10x20kg, hip raises 3x15x20kg, step-ups 3x10x20kg, reverse lunge followed by bringing the knee up 3x10x20kg, jumping rope, core and upper body exercises.
6x1000m/2min intervals at increasing paces (4:27-3:37) with Venla, Lotta, and Anni. Surprisingly easy session all in all when first 3 intervals were slow and easy. Splits 4:27, 4:19, 4:07, 3:57, 3:46, 3:37.
