Canoeing in Näsijärvi. Strong wind and waves made it less pleasant but otherwise beautiful weather and nice summer activity. Legs totally mashed afterwards.

Aulanko Tower Trail route check. Nice, varied route but rather heavy with empty legs.

Trail running tempo 20:50 [5] 5.0 km (4:10 / km) +15m 4:06 / km

Central Park Run 5k. Wonderful to race again after the lockdown but had totally forgotten how painful it is, especially when it's +30 degrees and your legs are still aching from hill reps earlier on the week! Started off too fast, first kilometre in 3:45, then hold steady 4:00-4:05 pace until 3k, hit the wall after that and died on the remaining 2k.
