Metro Oatley Park Division B - Probably one of the slowest on this course but dont mind as Hammy wasn't too bad and R calf only got tight at the end.

Lower Coast Rd via Murrawal Rd. Pretty careful after good warm up and stretching. Constant general soreness in hammy but pretty happy with it.
