Short run from Oakwood housing to Creekside Park, where I ran laps on the grass and tried to avoid stepping on the sizable snails that were slithering around. Maybe on Monday I'll come back with a camera, stack them, and take a photo...

My first, exploratory gym session in the Oakwood fitness center. Now that I'll be stationed in one place for three months, and this place happens to have a very nice fitness center, there is no excuse for me not to do a daily workout!

Note

Arrived in California! I'll be living in Mountain View for the next three months while doing an internship at Facebook. The corporate housing complex I'm living in has a pool and a fitness center, so I'll have to try those out tomorrow.
