I'm getting more flexible!!! :)
Here are the things I'm working on:
1) Back flexibility: check out this latest bridge:

2) Hamstring flexibility: when lying down with one leg straight on the floor and the other raised and straight, the end of the raised foot was about 23 inches off the floor.
3) Front splits: Could do both of them today without struggling to get into position, and even started practicing with bending the back knee at 90 degrees.
4) Side split: It's looking better - could get my legs to the sides with 32+ inches from kneecap to kneecap.
