5 minutes spinning, 10 on the elliptical. I meant to do 45 minutes of this, but it is impossible to use these machines while wearing flip-flops.

Blisters suck. Not only does it hurt during the race, but then I have to put up with walking around without shoes, getting bad sleep, not being able to run, and not being able to do my usual type of cross-training. The worst part is I think I'll have to miss my favorite TVOC summer series event, which is this Wednesday at Shotover.
But life isn't so bad, because the results of the lottery for the 2007 La Luz trail run were posted online and my name is on the list! 9 miles and over 4,700 feet of climb. I'm really excited!
