Running 14:00 [2] 2.33 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: 2008 VJ Integrators

Warm-up and running to the start. Legs felt really tired, but I was still excited about having another chance in this terrain!

Orienteering 40:41 [4] 4.9 km (8:18 / km)
shoes: 2008 VJ Integrators

EVENT: 25-manna Korten
COURSE: D21E2, 4.89 km, 14 controls
MAP: Danderyd, 1:10,000, 4m contours
TERRAIN: Same as yesterday, although I got to see more of the green and marshy areas today and less paths.
MY RUN: Lots of small hesitations, but only one significant mistake (maybe 1.5 minutes) so my result was respectable. I wish I didn't feel so tired, but I doubt I would have run more than a minute faster on fresh legs anyway because I was moving well through the forest. Fun course!
RESULTS: 11/24 in D21E2. My ranking was not good enough for D21E, but I was comfortably in the middle of the field in E2 and I could have been top 5 in D21, so I suppose E2 is right about where I'm meant to be!

Running 5:00 [1] 0.71 km (7:00 / km)
shoes: 2008 VJ Integrators

Cool-down.

Running 15:00 intensity: (7:00 @1) + (8:00 @2) 2.5 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: 2008 VJ Integrators

Warm-up, mostly running back and forth around the field waiting for Ulrik.

Orienteering 30:00 [5] 4.2 km (7:09 / km)
ahr:165 max:180 shoes: 2008 VJ Integrators

EVENT: 25-manna
TEAM/LEG: OK Linne 2, leg 3
COURSE: 4.2 km, 11 controls
MAP: Danderyd, 1:10,000, 4m contours
TERRAIN: Fast with lots of paths, but still some tricky technical detail in the woods.
MY RUN: Felt like I was dying in the beginning because there was nothing to do but run full-speed on paths and then jump into the forest to punch some controls, but after the third control, there were some technical legs, which I ran well, and then a really technical leg to #8 which I screwed up. It turns out that the mistake did not cost me as much time as I thought (maybe about 1.5 minutes) and a lot of the other girls had trouble with #10, so I caught up to them again. This was such a fun race!!!
RESULTS: Overall we were the best second team, finishing in 41st place. Out of the four women running my leg on my team, I finished 3rd, but it was fairly close between us. Of the people running course 3B, I finished 51/355.
