Strength training at home, using just body weight. Knee still really hurts at times, but inconsistently. Will go for a run when back in New Haven to test it. Lots of energy, really want to run up a mountain and feel tired, but can't. But I ordered a new bathing suit a few days ago, so if my achilles holds up then I can tire myself out in the pool. :)
