Note

I'm sitting on a plane to San Francisco right now, using my iPod touch and wireless to check my email- technology is so amazing.

I had an appt on Monday with daillanger and he said I can start running again, since my vm muscle is stronger now and the pain is 95% gone but he also said to start off with 5 minutes and build up to half an hour over the course of the next few weeks. Will try.

Will be in New Zealand tomorrow!

Wall Climbing 35:00 [1]

Today was a great day, despite lack of sleep.
2 x orange 5.6 (tree wall) to warm up
2x black 5.7 (tree wall)
purple 5.8 in corner - finally got this one!!!!
black 5.7 long, incline - did this one!
red 5.8 in corner - lots of weird positions, but got it first time
pink 5.8 - got it, but relied on the rope a little when taking short rest
black 5.8 on incline wall - almost got it - last handhold was good but hand too sweaty, will get it next time
