Practiced some new moves: spinning into chopper, upside down superman, some spin pole stuff.

Dress Code:
No nudity, no G-strings, no thongs, and no tassels. Intimate body parts have to be covered up. Violation of this requirement leads to immediate disqualification.
Compulsory round
- min 5” heel, hot shorts and sports bra
Optional round
- barefoot or heels,
-costumes are acceptable,
-props need to be approved by USPDF.
You will need a tracksuit, sweat suit or warm up suit for awards ceremony.
Music:
No vulgar music, radio edits only

I wonder if pole dancing is the only competitive sport to have such a strict dress code?
