Note

Left knee (all around) feels somewhat sore, but not painful. Right heel/arch very sore this morning (and could feel it rest of day), tried not to put weight on it.

Went to the Stamford store today to see if it would be possible to buy an ipad 2, which just came out yesterday. The answer is no - there are huge lines, most of the ipads are sold out, and even the online store is backed up for 2-3 weeks. Craziness! On the bright side, once I decided I wasn't getting the ipad that day, I didn't have to wait in the long line and could just walk right into the store (almost empty) and play around with the ipads and iphones on display. I know which version I want now, although I'm still stuck on whether to get white or black. Fortunately, I've got at least a week (if not several) before I'll actually get to buy one, so plenty of time to decide. :)

Did most of the brown course at Ward Pound Ridge. Hit left knee on a stick, and also it just felt weirdly positioned and sore, although not technically painful. Right arch/heel also sore. Orienteering was so much fun, though!

Hamstrings felt good, but left side of lower back is really tight from the hip exercises.

Actually this was more like half an hour - a nice long stretch. :)

Pace was quick (5:47m/k) and I felt slightly uncomfortable, but I also felt like I couldn't run slower. Calves very tight by the end (maybe the spike icebugs?) and I stopped several times to stretch out my left hip, which felt looser then.

This morning I saw yet another physical therapist - Kai. He was aggressive, but very good, and I learned some new things. But after that I had the physical part of the PT session with another guy, where I did various lower body exercises, and this left my quads really sore. Next time I think I'll mention the fact that I'd just done squats in the gym the day before...

At physical therapy session. They told me to keep the speed super slow...

Inner knees were totally fine, but left inner hamstring has been sore all weekend.
