New Haven Training, Day 2, Ansonia. I ran one of the shortest courses (4.5km). Woods were excellent and navigation was really good! Map and quickroute below, official min/km = 8:40.

Right knee felt weird (sort of being pulled in different directions), probably because this was the first real run in orthotics.

Physical therapy in the morning, knee hurt slightly after 14 minutes on treadmill, and again towards the end of the evening run in East Rock.
